YOUTH NEWS...

“SONSURF BEACH BASH”
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
was held at Faith Lutheran Church on South Avenue, August 1-5.
This was a joint effort between Faith, Bethel and St. Petri.

We discovered answers to the questions:
* Who is Jesus?
* Why can I trust Jesus?
* Why do I need Jesus?
* H ow can Jesus help me when I
mess up?
* What does Jesus want me to do?

A Bible story, crafts, games, music, and snacks were part of the fun!

We had 53 children from the congregations and neighborhoods that participated in Vacation Bible School.

Volunteers from St. Petri were:
Lisa Cottrell,
Karen Snyder,
Cathy Michelsen,
and Pastor Vinciguerra.

LUTHER LEAGUE
will meet at 6:30PM
from September to May
on the 2nd & 4th Sundays.

for youth who will be in Grades 9-12
during the 2011-2012 school year
