CROP WALK
An ecumenical effort to take a stand against hunger and poverty locally and beyond.
Join with members of the Toledo
community to raise awareness and
resources to battle hunger and its causes.
People of all ages and abilities can collect sponsors and then walk, run or roll their way through the park to raise money for hunger concerns both local and global.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
the annual shoebox project co-ordinated through Samaritan’s Purse -
Beginning Sunday, October 9th, brochures will be available-
The deadline for the shoeboxes will be Sunday, October 30th .

BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS
will be held on Saturday, October 8th at 10:00am in the field. Bring your pet and your family for this brief order of worship and blessing!!!

TRUNK OR TREAT will be hosted by
St. Petri on Saturday, October 29th
from 6 - 7PM, @ St. Petri Parking Lot.

This is a “safe” Halloween activity for neighborhood children,
a chance for St. Petri to show care for the neighborhood & its children,
an opportunity to meet our neighbors
and share some information about us with them.

You are invited to do one or more of the following for this event:
+ decorate your trunk for the activity,
+ bring candy to hand out to the children,
+ dress in a costume,
+ carve/decorate a pumpkin for the Pumpkin Patch display.

Judges will award:
Best Pumpkin,
Best Trunk Decoration,
Best Costume - Elementary,
Best Costume - Jr High,
Best Costume - Adult.
