The Trustees would like to thank Nick & Michael Miller for their help in
removing the refrigerator from the downstairs daycare room. Thanks to their
muscle, this old refrigerator was picked up and hauled away at no expense to the
church. Thanks again guys! Your help was greatly appreciated!!!

OUTREACH MINISTRY
Would you be willing to help a senior or disabled person in your neighborhood to
access the city’s recycling program and save money on their refuse collection
bill? Then we have the answer for you: the City of Toledo has made Toledo Area
Ministries aware of several seniors and disabled residents who would love to use
the large refuse containers and recycling containers but are unable to get them
to the curb when necessary. This is where you come in... the night before pick
up you would go to these individuals’ homes and pull their containers to the
curb for them and return them to their place after garbage collection. We are
not asking anyone to go outside of their neighborhood; we are simply asking that
you be neighborly and help them in this process. If you would be interested in
helping one or two seniors or disabled individuals in your neighborhood please
contact the Toledo Area Ministries Clearinghouse at 419-724-1020 extension 1, to
give them your name and address. You will then be matched with a person in need
of this assistance in your neighborhood.
