        Subject: A Little Church Humor

A father was approached by his small son who told him proudly,
"I know what the Bible means!"
His father smiled and replied, "What do you mean, you
   'know' what the Bible means?"
The son replied, "I do know!"
"Okay," said his father. "What does the Bible mean?"
"That's easy, Daddy..." the young boy replied excitedly,
It stands for 'Basic Information Before Leaving Earth.'

OUTREACH MINISTRY

COME ONE COME ALL TO AN E & E (EDUCATIONAL & ENJOYABLE) CHRISTIAN EXPERIENCE!!!  We have received interest in forming and/or initiating a Men’s Bible Study Group.  At this juncture we would appreciate knowing those men of the congregation along with neighbor’s or friends that would have an interest in participating.  This would truly be a learning experience.  My initial thought would be to have it on somewhat a lighter side welcoming personal insightful comments or interpretations.  I don’t think a Sunday goes by that I don’t scratch my head and wonder if my interpretation of a lesson or gospel reading was the same as other individuals.  I personally think it is good to exchange ideas, thoughts and interpretations, helping us all to be better Christians and disciples in these tumultuous times.  Please contact either myself at 419-290-5369 or drkrause@buckeye-express.com or the church office 419-385-4639 of your interest in joining this new group.  Once we have the names of those interested, we can schedule a brief meeting to discuss what times and day of the week works best for regularly scheduled meetings along with what format is preferred.  Any and all comments and/or suggestions on how best to set up and handle this new endeavor will be greatly appreciated.  Don Krause, Chairman Parish Education.
